One of the most
revered of all temples of Lord Vishnu is the Lord Jagannath Temple in eastern
India. The deities it houses are Lord Krishna (incarnation of Vishnu), his
sister Subhadra & his brother Balaram. This temple is a virtual city within
its compound, surrounded by two walls with four gates on four sides. It also
houses "Ananda Bazaar," the biggest food market in the world. Once every year a
